Snap pea salad , spring onion, garlic, lemon, dill & parsley with smoked cod cream and breadcrumbs paired with 2023 Rainmaker White Pinot Noir

pork, leek and pistachio terrine with herb oil and crostini paired with 2023 Rainmaker Pinot Noir 

Braised Short rib wrapped in chard, and puff pastry served with Demi glace paired with 2021 Athyrium Syrah

Lemon & Raspberry Creme Brulee paired with 2022 Red Willow Riesling
